Yeah, I've had that happen before! (Not recently)

But now......my Vision isn't working. :( Maybe a simple power off/power on will work.

Edit: Now it works :)

ever since i just added my line to sprint like a week ago (my family was already on and i switch cuz my contract with einstien was up) and i got vision and its been screwed up ever since i had it, mite get rid of it

Yeah. The other night when I logged on it said that the homepage was down and being redesigned or somesuch.

Vision home, or any Sprint site, gives me "we're in the process of upgrading our systems to better serve you".

Also, the MyPCS website is all kinds of screwed up when I log in.

Same here. I get an update message, sometimes I do get the Visions home page, but most of the time I get the Palm Google page.
Does anyone know if the update changes have been completed yet, if so, what changes were made?

I have a WAP page that I used while the Vision homepage was down.

I'm now getting the same redirection to Google.

If anyone wants to use my WAP page, you can go to

As I was posting this, my Vision Homepage started working again. But in case it goes down again, you guys can use this as a backup.

This is the most annoying thing.

Instead of MY Vision homepage it gives me Google.

I don't use Google on my home computer why would I wanna use it on my phone.

I've already recieved 2 credits totaling $7.00 for this month so far!!! If the krap is still going on on in the morning, I'm going for the rest of the month!!! I have had 1 full day of VISON so far this month.. They really need to get thier act together...

Between this and the "We're upgrading" message it is getting pretty annoying- does anyone have any idea about what we're getting after they get it worked out?

hmm i contacted customer care... (hoping they would give me credit) and they told me to call the tech:

interaction with our technical support specialist. I would really like

There is a separate technical department handling issues such as yours.
I would seek your cooperation in contacting us by dialing 1-888-211-4727
from a landline phone.

When you hear our virtual representative, give the verbal command
'Specialist.' You will be forwarded to our Technical Support. Our
specialists will be glad to assist you and provide you with the
necessary action.

The only reason, why I am asking you to call us is that we have a group
of engineers available at the number mentioned above, who will ask you
certain probing questions to determine the actual cause of the problem.

nothing as of now. when i tried calling i heard "thank you for calling sprint pcs this serivce is not available at this time". i'm still having issues with the vision home page. damn you sprint

I was also having this same problem and called yesterday...it has been happening since friday they thought they had it fixed on monday but then sometime during the afternoon it started agian seems to be workin' fine now though...while talking to the csr i asked if it was merger related and she said "yeah, you have no idea" and i said yeah i'm sure it's pretty stressfull right now and she replied "yes it is, but it seems as though it will all be worth it in the end..." not exactly sure what she ment by this but I think sprint has something up it's sleeve....

Today it kept sending me to the google homepage so i restarted the phone and took the battery off and it works now.
