ive seen so many people on this website with free vision and stuff. my question is...how did you get it!?

i've always been courteous to the reps and explained i have been a long time customer and always payed my bill on time. i have 8 lines and have everything that is offered by sprint as add ons for free.

i just ask nicely. : ). "Hi, my friend has 5% off, can i have it too?"... :) For the free nighttime at 7pm, i wrote cs: "A few people i know have their 7pm at no charge for 2 years, i know everyone's account qualifies for different things, but i've been a member for a long time, can i have this as well? thanks."

I have free vision and unlimited text messages on my add line, and I just got lucky. At the time that I added my second line, I was using my free vision for two months offer. About a month later I called to cancel the free trial, and the CS rep told me the she would cancel vision on my primary line, but then advised me not to cancel it on my added line because I was not being charged for it.

yeah they will do some weird stuff, but basically try and see what you can get. The only thing i have is the nights and weekend at 7, i pay for vision, but i got that when i changed my number and renewed my contract. Im sure there might be a trick or two but id say look for special offers they are having

see it depends as well, like if you have a business disc then the rules change a little, and apparently they still offer it for free. It is now something that consumer customer care no longer can offer. It was being added with plans that had a monthly service charge over 100.00$ But like everyone said in here...the nicer you ask the more that you will get.
