make sure u have firmware 1.0 or 1.5. Otherwise dont waste your time until there is a hack for the other firmware versions. also check out www.psphacks.net and www.pspcrazy.com

Doesn't run that well, though it's useable though. I think some people are playing old DOS games on it.
