ok, when i tried to go onto the web, it was connecting, then a message comes up saying there was a timeout problem.

anyone know how to fix this? thanksss :)

i havent seen that error but several times i have got network busy message. i just try again a few minutes later and have been able to get on

well i gave it a day to cool off, than i tried again, and its still timing out. i think im gonna call CS, but iunno what they could help with, cause i cant even update my vision profile.:frustrate
