I am trying to send some pictures from my phone to my email address and I get an
error code c 25. Any ideas?

are you sending them to your own email? why not upload them all then log into www.pictures.sprintpcs.com and download them as a zip file all at once.

Can't figure out how to set up picture mail account. Tried to look it up on Sprints website but the manual went from page 11 to 14 and said to set up password is on page 13 ***.

you shouldn't need to set it up....

On your phone: choose upload all pictures

on the pc: goto www.pictures.sprintpcs.com, login with your phone number and password, if you don't know the password use the forgot password link to get it sent as text msg to your phone. once you are logged in click albums tab then click "save to my computer" on the right side of the screen.

When I try to upload it gives me error: c 1. When I go to https://pictures.sprintpcs.com/ and try to log in it tells me I must register before
logging in.

You should have had it all set up on your cell providing that u have the picture mail currently on your account. If u go 2 the pic mail site on the website request 2 have your pic mail account info sent 2 u in a text.

After 3 calls to sprint I finally got ahold of a tech that had me do a hard rest of my picture mail account with the phone now I am back on track. Thanks to everyone for the help. :clap:
