When my friends txt me I usually get an alert to visit my short mail site and read the message.
But if Yahoo txts me the Royals score I just get the Royals score.
Should my phone be getting all SMS? Can I call tech support and make that happen?

If your phone is short mail capable then you have to go through short mail to send/receive texts. My a620 is short mail capable, but I thought the a680 was sms capable......

The a680 does have SMS,atleast mine did.

You should be receive all your texts as SMS. Definitely call CS or go to your sprint store.

call Data support, and have them make atrouble ticket to fix that...tell them, that you are getting your SMS messages as shortmail
