I'm on a free Vision trial and yesterday I uploaded some pictures and a video. Since I didn't have the picture pack, it asked me if I wanted to add the service for $5, etc., etc., etc. I agreed and uploaded my pictures. The I did the same thing with a video and didn't received any sort of service upgrade notification. Well, I just logged in and checked my plan details and it seems that I'm going to be billed $5 for picture mail and $5 for video mail... Is this right? And, if so, how could they (legally) add the video mail charges without providing notification? I'm okay with the $5 for pictures but was under the (perhaps mistaken) impression that this included videos, as well. Is that not the case? Has anyone else been dinged for video mail fees without warning? Just trying to get my facts straight before I contact Sprint about this. Thanks,
nickel

I think you need to call in and change your vision to Vision with picture mail. It happened to me too. They billed me for 15-vision, 5-picture mail, 5-video mail, 5-UL text, 10-RL. All the add ons cost $40.

I just email them the other day asking to take the Video Mail off my account. (I have picture mail). They did and then I went and uploaded a video and it didnt ask me for the 5 dollar fee. They did not just take the 5 Dollar video charge off everyones account on July 7. Though they should have.

Are you saying that I shouldn't be charged for the video mail if I have picture mail? I'm not sure I follow what you're saying but, when I called them, they told me that Vision is $10, picture mail is $5 and video mail is another $5.

If I where you, I'd call the TSR number and just ask them to add the vision plus pack, it covers pictures and video and is just 15 a month
