Over-the-head BT headset?

Does anybody make a good over-the-head BT headset for non-BT phones? I currently have a Sanyo VM4500 phone, and I use headsets nearly 100% of the time. I can't tell you how many headsets I have gone thru in the over the years. At least one every 6-9 months; I inevitably catch the wire on something and kill the headset jack or the phone's port. I need over-the-head cuz I just can't get used to the over-the-ear ones, I have tried. Alternatively, are there any Sprint BT flip phones coming in the near future? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
