I've searched, and i can't find anything. I know that the 325 doesn't play GIF's, but how can you take a GIF and turn it into a PMD/CMX? Everytime I try to do that, it is verrrry slow. I am using CMX Studio 3.1 (that is what you use for the 325, right?) Also, when I created a .pmd, and uploaded it to my phone, why are all of the images in the top left corner? In CMX Studio, I have the images set centered in the middle of the screen. text also doesnt show up. and the led's dont change colors.

i think i need a little bit of help :)

thanks

well, was tha image you upped to your phone set to your phone's screen resolution?

also, you can't directly convert a .gif to a .pmd. you have to take each frame one by one and make it into an animated sequence. then you can either play it or export it to create a .pmd file.
