Focus link is not working

Hi, I just joined this site so that I could try out the much talked about Focus Uploader... but the link doesn't work!

I clicked on Focus in the menu at the top of the page and I'm taken to the Index (directory listing ) for sprintusers.com/focus

The content/ directory says I don't have permission to access content/ on this server.

Anyone else having this problem? Is it currently down?

Yes, I am experiencing the same problem. I'm not sure when it started but I sent a private message to the admin to let him know! Hopefully it will be back up soon! :)

It hasn't been working for the past few days. I think we just need to be patient and it will be up agin soon. It sucks though. I tried rimkin and keep getting the stupid "Data Error 904 / Size Mismatched" very frustrating so I give up. I don't see what the problem is and I read the fact and don't get it.


This should not happen with the uploader. It only happens when the number of bytes listed in the GCD file doesn't exactly match the number of bytes of the Content-URL file downloaded. The only causes for this are that the GCD file had the wrong size or the server didn't send out the file properly.


So I am just going to wait for the focus tool. Hopefully it will be working soon.

When you all are trying to upload qcp ringtones to your phone, are you able to send it, then unable to open the URL once it is texted to your phone? I am getting a message that says "The requested page cannot be displayed" - Is this what you all are getting?

Actually, I get a message like this:
"Status:

The following text message sent to phone number 310XXXXXXX:
http://www.sprintusers.com/focus/content/8321470561131361141.gcd

Once the text message arrives, browse to the URL in the message and download your file."

But I never receive the text file. (I deleted my phone number from this message above). I am able to receive other text messages from other sites. I know the sprintusers site was down for a while- mayble that's related?

That is the exact same message I'm getting.

Last week the Focus uploader was down.

This week the Focus uploader page works, but the stupid links can't be retrieved by our phones.

Very frustrating. I don't blame SU, I blame Sprint for charging for ringers in the first place. It's like Microsoft charging to use different fonts in Windows...completely ridiculous.

After I send a ringtone with uploader I get the link and can download it, but after it downloads it says Data Error 905 Attribute Mismatched. I am trying to send an AAC ringer to my 5600, not sure if focus is still not running right or I'm having some problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

I get online, i go to the download then it says it can't download it.
done it 100 times last year at this time now I want to update my ringtones and it won't let me :(

Anyone know why? I get the text in seconds but when I hit go page cannot be displayed is all I get. Ive tryed like 10 times and still the same message.

I just tried focus (actually been trying every couple days for the last week) getting "The requested page cannot be dispayed" with qcp and jpg files. Any idea when this might get fixed. Any other upload utils available?

got a sanyo 5600...i receive the text message from Focus tool...but cannot download the file from my phone. A message is displayed which says, "The Requested Page can not be displayed".

I've never had a problem with Focus before, but this is a refurb 5600 I just got from Lockline today--so first time using Focus with this particular 5600.

Any ideas???

tried uploading a ringer today. It sent a txt message to my phone, but there was no operable url there. just a page full of text and no link to download the ringer onto my phone. what did i do wrong??

i'm having the same problem; "the requested page cannot be displayed". apparently it hasn't been fixed yet and this is very frustrating to me. i keep trying to send pictures from my personal file it this is what i get. it worked before, i wonder why it's not working now....
