Ok. have my own site that i use to share tones that i make to people. created it out of a mysql database and whatnot, pulls info from there, and builds the page based on that. so, what i'm trying to do now is add in some of the old midi tones that i've had lying around on my site for god knows how long. usually, i just sit back sometimes and listen to them from the net, but now i'm trying to incorporate them into my actual site and getting some problems...here's the deal:

original location of midi tones: www.kitsune.us/pcs
it's just a basic listing that the server gives; you know when you try to open a folder on the net w/o a default index page..it just lists the files there. if you click one, it'll play it no problem.

new location of midi tones: www.kitsune.us/wap/midi OR wap.kitsune.us/midi
go to either one of them. the contents is just a direct copy of the .us/pcs folder, but i cleaned up the names and so forth to be FileName_long.mid and FileName_short.mid depending on the file. I load the page in my phone and see the contents, just like the .us/pcs would...but when i click on one, it says "The requested service is unavailable"

incorporating then into site: wap.kitsune.us or www.kitsune.us/wap
option 12 is the testing link i have to try out one entry that i have in database. it loads the page and pulls information based on the type of the midi (song, theme, anime, etc.) but only one entry in there so far. anyway, choose song type, and it loads song type in the screen: A Place For My Head (by linkin park), Long version, Short version, time and size for each, and listen and download for each. If i click "PLAY" to listen to it, i get the same error as above "The requested services is Unavailable" and if i click the "SAVE" link to pull the .gcd file to save the midi to my phone, it gives the confirmation message, downloads the file, but errors on a ERROR 905 Attribute Mismatch.

Any ideas on why the midis will work in one folder but not in another or when pulled from a database?

Here's the GCD file info:
Content-Type: audio/midi
Content-Name: APlaceForMyHead_long
Content-Version: 1.0
Content-Vendor: Kitsune.us
Content-URL: http://www.kitsune.us/wap/midi/APlaceForMyHead_long.mid
Content-Size: 328

.httaccess is in each folder and listed as the following to make the files work on mobile:
AddType text/x-pcs-gcd .gcd
AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor .jad
AddType application/java-archive .jar
AddType text/x-hdml .hdml
AddType audio/x-midi .mid
AddType audio/vnd.qcelp .qcp

Thanx for the help.
