I just got a new Sammy A700 this morning and upgraded to the Vision Multimedia Pack. The salesman said to expect up to 24 hrs for the Vision provisioning to take effect, but it was up and running in about 15 minutes (yay!). When I select "Media Player" in the menu, I get a "server error" and no TV. Do I need to wait longer perhaps for the multimedia pack to fully take effect or are the actual problems with Sprint TV (which I assume is what is suppose to start when I select "Media Player", based on the manual)?

Just tried on my MM7400.... still waiting... still waiting... boom! Error M 3. Yup, I also got a "There is a problem with the server". Its down for now.

I just called CS who claimed they had other calls on the issue, then transferred me to techs. The Vision Tech knew nothing of it, but put in a trouble ticket that he said would cause someone to call me back....

I just tried to access it again now at just before midnight Eastern time. No soap. Still getting the M03 server error message. Oh, well. :indiff:

Called Sprint CS and was transfered to technical assistance. There is a nationwide outage of Sprint TV and no time available as to when it will be back up and working. :irked:

I called CS and this time they admitted there has been an issue since yesterday. Their systems are also down as they are doing an upgrade and cannot access any accounts for a few hours.

However, on the phone it's asking me to "buy". If it's included in my Vision Pack then why am I being asked to pay 9.99 for it??????

I have the same situation. C/S doesn't seem to understand what is going on. They said you have to buy the premium channels in the available area of Sprint tv, but you can't get there without having to buy it. It's supposed to be included with the Vision MM Pak.

I went ahead and "bought" Sprint TV. If it shows up on my bill as a charge I'll talk to the customer service folks about it.
