Update:
Perhaps Sprint will get this phone first...hmmmmmm.
The seller indicates Verizon will not have this phone till Q1 2006, and hints someone else will have a CDMA RAZR first...interesting!

Don't be surprised if you see several new Motorola handsets coming to Sprint in the next year.. possibly an iTunes phone, maybe a Vx series phone (wink).

The internet doesn't work with this cdma razr. I would just wait a couple of months for the cheaper official version.

I can't wait to see Moto's phones on sprint. I hope the itunes phone is released. :)

So what's the big deal about this phone? It doesn't have anything special that a $400 has now. So a thin phone costs and extra $1000 than a normal one? I'm confused.

No, its the fact that you'd be one of the first in the US to have a RAZR on Verizon.

If my source is correct than Sprint is seriously considering an iTunes phone. I'm hoping so, too!

Yeah, like people will ask others with a cell phone, what carrier they have and if it happens to be Verizon with this particular phone, it will create a huge tsunami of giddy-ness...

This is why im not signing a new contract yet. If things end up looking better for Verizon, ill be going to them. If things are good with Sprint, ill consider staying on board...

I see people all the time with RAZR phones. It's nothing new. Weird.

Wirelessly posted (samsung a680: Samsung-SPHA800 AU-MIC-A800/2.0 MMP/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 Samsung-SPHA800 AU-MIC-A800/2.0 MMP/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

im sure ppl on verizon wouldnt want it so they could tell ppl they might just want one really badly and still be under contract with verizon or something

That'd be cool because I would love an itunes phone but I really dont like motorola that much... i mean they are such a huge brand but the last phone i had was a t720i with tmobile and it was the crappiest phone ever... like it was just so slow! if you press down 5 times in the phone book it would take like forever... it did survive a 4 story fall off of a balcony though lol

that's awesome durability.. my Sanyo 8100 is starting to fall apart and I've not even let it fall 2 floors! the hinge is busted and it's got dings and scrapes all over it... and I'm not that hard on it!

The 8100 has a really poor hinge on it. Your hinge breaking doesn't surprise me, even with casual usage.

I like that, kinda catchy.
