man, and tha yankees have absolutely no luck either....i think their 4th and 5th starters got paid in orange slices last year. guaranteed that the boss goes out and sells the farm for either schmidt or burnett

Yanks got blasted yesterday 17-1   I forget what the score was but I remember my Indians spanking them a few years back. I don't care who wins the world series as long as it's not the Yankees.

I would`nt be surprised if george told his yanks to play ****y on purpose before the all star game. Baseball needs a salary cap or something. As usual Yanks will try and buy another ring.

Nah, the Yanks just enjoy paying their players what they deserve.

Exactly. Giambi had a rough beginning to a season, hes made up for it lately. hes a baseball player not a god. What about Schilling?

so you think Giambi is worth 80 million considering the goods he sold you guys a few years back? i'd demand a refund.
as for schilling, considering what he did for us last year, he has a free pass and a blank check in my book.

A guy was good one year so hes the 15th highest payed player in baseball? Oh the bloody sock bit. If thats the case Giambi has came through in tough in key times. For instance, the homeruns he hit ALCS against you guys the year before last.
