Does anybody now how or if its even possible to set a downloaded ring tone for my voice mail notification? I'm trying to put the crank yankers i got mail ringer for my voice mail but can't seem to assign any downloaded ringers to that or sms only regular phone calls.

Nope, there is no option to set the SMS or Voice Mail ringer to anything you've downloaded. We're hoping this will be addressed in a future update.
