Lately for the past week or so. My phone (5600) has being acting up. When i push the readylink button and let it go. The lcd serivce light is still on and the its contiune to hold the readylink button on its own, Without me touch it. Also while on the phone holding a conversation. The dam phone records on it own without me touching the button. I am assuming that its the button thats stuck. I am taking this dam defective phone back to the sprint store. What you guys think?
So Strange... Even Though I'm Using A Sanyo 7400, My Message Header Says That I'm Using A Treo 650.
Im pissed. I went to the sprint store to get to get my phone fix. So they tell 30-45 mins to get fix. So i go to mcdonalds eating lunch and thinkin my phone is going to get fix. So i got back and pick it up and the guy like, Um its something wrong with the button , We can't fix it so u get another phone. IM so happy bout that. WHen he goes to order me another phone. Its say not avaible. THey on back order. So i have to wait intill a dam refursbish one comes. ANd he like he dont know when they com in. I'm like so i have to keepp this dam broke phone intill they come in. He like yeah. So i have to wait intill god knows when they coming in. CAn i call sprint and see if i can get a new phone? Help me please

...I know that if I was going to get a free replacement I'd shut the heck up and let them do they thang...
Anything other than that, and you may be less than satisfied...sit tight, unless you want them to clam up on you...

You got lucky, give them time some people have to take their phone in many times or the darn phone won't act up at the store. You only had to go once to the store so feel good about it.

WOW, that was about half english I think.
What else do you want if they don't have the phone right now? Did you ask them if you could get a comparable phone?

You would most-likely get a refurbished phone, not a new one.

Another phone that they have in stock that has all the same features as yours. But I don't think there is a phone that has all the same features as the 5600. Sorry that I mentioned it.

You can change that by going into the "My Prefs" on the SU wiforum start page and then select "Device Name"

I've gotten several replacement phones. On my fourth right now, and all of them have been brand new, not refurbished. It all depends on who you speak to and how.
