My first MLB Baseball game in over 10 YEARS!

Tonight, I went to my first MLB (Astros) game in over 10 years! I haven't been to a game since they were in the Astrodome.

It was a great game! And I had an amazing seat! (Right behind the Astros dugout!) (This was thanks to my Dad's company :) ) And even better......the Astros won 6-2 over the Padres! :woohoo:

It just looks dark.......there was so much sunlight that it drowned out the rest of the pic. Looks pretty good, though; they were setting up the field and you can see the outline of the train pretty well!

Here's a pretty good pic; you can see half of the dugout's length (and the sign warning you about stray balls and broken bats; that's how close I was). And of course, the big scoreboard/Minute Maid Park sign.

:lol: There also were some crazy kids that kept coming down between innings......to yell at the players. (The players didn't even flinch ;) ) It was a really enjoyable game! :clap:

They sure were great seats! I was totally surprised!

It was such a great experience! It is SO much better than just watching at home......very vivid. I loved the perspective.....watching them run from home to first.........the pitches/hits. (LOUD, too)

Bah, Humbug! (I was born in San Diego, been a Padre fan since the days of Dave Winfield. Back in the '70's, used to be able to get a ticket for a buck. they where not very good seats, upper deck, but a buck for the game and $40 in beer made a party!)
