i think bogut is going to go first as well, im kinda interested to see how the knicks can mess up their pick once again
it will be an interesting draft, cuz no one stands out above the rest. its gonna be good for the teams in the middle of the draft cuz there will still be good picks available. and yes the knicks will mess up again, lol they're last good draft pick was patrick ewing, i feel sorry for all the knick fans out there...
I think Bogut will go first as well.

I want the Lakers to get Hakim Warrick or Raymond Felton..... But if they trade Butler and there 10th pick to move up its a good thing!
who cares about the lakers, its gonna be a one man show as long as kobe is there, cuz thats how he wants it....how do u trade shaq, thats the worst move i've ever seen a franchise make

i dont really like the nba as much as u obviously do, i played 4 years of ball in college and i dont like how these guys are so overpaid, but i do respect them for their talent and hard work....to answer ur question my player is ray allen i dont really have a team, i rooted for the sonics this year cuz ray allen was on the team. i dont know who im gonna root for next year cuz ray is a free agent so we'll see....and what the hell are the lakers doing drafting a little kid

Not my choice but maybe they have somethin in mind. I mean they do need a big man but its gonna take too long for him to come around. So trade sounds good to me!

I know it's easy to bash Kobe, but please check your facts before you accuse him of being selfish. He averaged 6.0 assists/game last season, which is in top 15 in the league. Obviously, he had lower numbers the previous seasons because Shaq was there.
And you should try watching the games too (I watched every one, painfully enough). So many times he would drive & dish, but the open shooter would clank the shot. That would've driven up his APG numbers at least 1.5-2 points a game.
I don't respect Kobe as a person at all (but really, what NBA player doesn't cheat?), but I totally respect his game, and that he's trying to be the team leader.

ok kobe averaged 6 assts but also 4 turnovers per game.....and there is more than one way to be selfish, like requesting shaq to be traded....c'mon shaq is the most unstoppable player in the league and u dont want him on ur team? and how does a great coach like phil jackson who coached dennis rodman doesnt even want to coach u anymore? think about it....

Living in LA and being die-hard Lakers fan, I've thought about it, A LOT, trust me =). Believe it or not, I do understand what you're saying. I doubt we'll ever convince each other that one is right, but let me state my point...
You can't say that 4 TO's/game dictate a selfish player. Again, you really gotta watch most/all the games to make sound judgement on this. Sure, there were times when he tried to do too much, but he's the No. 1 guy on the team. Of course he's going to try too much. But most of the turnovers were b/c he and his new teammates weren't on the same page, so the pass or the pick&roll goes awry.
Also, you don't consider AI & Dwayne Wade as "selfish", do you? They have MORE turnovers/game than Kobe does!
The whole Shaq thing was a fiasco. What Laker fan wanted to see that? None. But we knew it was coming. Shaq's not innocent in all of this. All the cooler talk was about who'd you rather have, Shaq for 3/4 more years, or Kobe for 7/8+ years? For me, it'd be Kobe. As for Phil, he's back, isn't he? Obviously, they both think they can work together again.

ok guys, i know that if ur a fan ur gonna stick up for him and we can go back and forth with this, but maybe kobe should be more like ray allen, hahahaa

Great player........
There is no way I would say Kobe is a great player. Magic Johnson was a great player. Kobe scored 27 points made 43% of his shots and only 6 assists per game. When they got rid of Shaq because of Kobe that pretty much did the Lakers in for years to come. It's Kobe's team but it will never be a championship team for a long, long, long time.
One more thing. Great players make other players better and the Lakers didn't even make the playoffs. The great player the Lakers had is in Miami right now.
i agree great players do make other players better....

If Kobe and some of the other players wouldnt have got hurt Lakers would have made the playoffs. Next year will be diff they should make a few moves and we shall see.

San Antonio
Dallas
Houston
Seattle
Denver
Phoenix
Minnesota
Memphis -- LA --- Not in any order just the teams that look good
That is a rough conference to be in. Maybe an 8 seed and gone in the first round. It's nice to see your a Lakers fan even though they suck. I have been a Lakers fan since Jerry West. Normally people just change teams, good for you on that. Kobe needs help and Phil is not the only answer.

I'm a Laker fan as long as Kobe stays!! As for Phil I was never a Phil fan.... I think they should have gotten a diff coach but oh well. I know its a hard conferense to make the playoffs or advance in them. A few trades/signs and they have a good shot i think. When Kobe is in the game they always have a chance.
