Did anybody know about the $5 credit for downloads???
The thing is if you have Vision and pay $15 for it 5 of those dollars are credit for downloads. I just recently found this out and I called Sprint just to make sure and it was true. I was up set because i just found out about this and have been with Sprint for a long time. So i asked if i could be credited for all the time I didn't take advantage of this credit and was told No!

You buy insurance, but don't use it. I don't think the insurance company is going to give you a refund for non-use.

yeah true. $5 for vision PICTURES pack, $10 for vision PREMIUM pack.

cstqtpie: i am sorry but sprint can only give you a credit for all of ur past usage if uv had the feature but was never credited for it...

soul-forutune: yes, u can have a $5 vision. thats possible. most probably ur phone must be the 2nd line. its a family plan. $15 for the primary phone, $5 for the 2nd and,or the baby subs. :-)

yes, u can have the pack for free but ur minutes should be 2000 anytime mins or higher... :-)

The bottom line is, knowing your plan is your responsibility...Caveat Emptor!

I make sure every phone I sell leaves with a plan brochure, but picking one up is the customer's job, when you get right down to it...

Thank you, but I only have that perspective due to my sales experience.

I sold phones in anti-corporate Berkeley for three years, and never ceased to be amazed at how twisted up some customers would get over things I had explained (and they accepted) on a previous visit.

It is refreshing to be back home...to have a customer truly understand what you are telling them without thinking that "the man" is getting over on them somehow...

That'z right. I downloaded a few games for next months bill, didn't like them, and requested a refund. I'll see how much damage those 5.99, 2.99/mo, 2.49/mo, and 4.99 games did.

NOW, I ordered some caller tones before this months bill came out and saw that I was credited back the $3.00 for them. Sweet! So I never have to pay for the caller tones if I use them. Damn, Sprint is the best!

true, but we're not talking about insurance. insurance has got nothing to do with this. what he's stating is that he feels mislead that sprint did not clarify that he had 5 in credit for the 15 he pays for vision. insurance is a set payment plan just in case something happens, you'll have the funds to cover it. this is a payment to use a service, 2 totally different subjects here.
but like others have said, caveat emptor. you have to read everything, no one is gonna hold your hand and tell you how things are.

I pay $20 for my vision and I get $5 credit also BUT I can't use the $5 to buy tv channels. can anyone explain to me how the Sprint TV works? because the only difference between the picture pack and the multimedia pack is that I pay 5 dollars extra to see the tv manu that sais, to pick the channels but I can't see any channels unless I pay extra MONTHLY, and for what do I pay the extra 5 dollars just to watch the tv menu

I just ordered the pic pack for both my phones ( 15.00 for the primary phone and 5.00 for the add a phone ) and the customer rep told me it was 10.00 for the first phone and 5.00 for the second phone for downloads.
