I switched from a Sanyo 8200 to the A700 and was skeptical at first. I had heard some not so good things about Ssmsung phones but now I am convinced about the A700. I get reception with the A700 that I could never have gotten with the 8200. The ringers are loud (with out the concern that I will blow the speaker) and there are 3 alarms to set on this phone. If there is anyone that is questioning the A700 I would strongly urge them to try it out! I sure have enjoued using this phone!
