Hi -

Sorry if this has already been posted, I did search but couldn't find an answer.

My A500's life is coming to an end. I would like to back up the phone book in case it dies before I get a new phone and transfer the data.

I don't need to do any syncing or anything like that, I just want a backup of the data.

Can I do that with just the data cable + driver CD I see all over eBay, etc? Or do I need to buy one of the more expensive setups that come with syncing software?
