I've been on the $15/ 750 anytime & 750 NW plan, and I need to add pcs to pcs and insurance to my plan, the regular reps won't do it because it is a 3rd party plan. and I don't activate Sprint anymore so I don't have a rep anymore, any ideas How I can get this done?

Plus insurance can only be added when the phone is new anyways.

well I have my own company, but the master agent cancelled our account because we didn't sell Sprint for a while.
And I got a Treo about a month ago and wanted to insure it so I called Lock Line got the whole thing done over the phone, then I called a few days ago to confirm it on, and it's not even there.

I really need PCS to PCS.

Help!!!

Correct..

About a month after I quit RadioShaft.. They cut my line off with no warning.. lost my number and all.. :irked:

Best bet is to sign on a regular plan before you do get cut off.. to get the extras that you want..

Yeah it depends...I was able to keep my plan for the better part of 2 years after I left RadioShack

Have you tried calling bussiness accounts. I am on a 3rd party plan and they usually take care of everything I need

I was on a 3rd party line for well over a year and I had CSR do everything for me. It all depends on who you talk to. The reason I am no longer with sprint is because when I had the 3rd party line I did not want to bother calling in and hoping I got the call center that would do it for me. I went a full year no problems then one day I called one call center and they would not take a feature off as another added it on there for me. I then called the next day to get another call center and they took it off for me.

Edit: When I was on the 3rd party line I was no longer selling sprint but was never taken off. So I hadit for like a year and some change

yeah, but reps aren't allowed to make changes to 3rd party employee accounts. the only thing a rep can do is an esn swap. anything else can cost them their job.

Everytime I've ever had to work on my 3rd party line I've called *2, told them that I have a business line and need transferred. They ask for my #, check my account, then ask me to hold on while they transfer my call.

There is a direct number to call as well. I won't post it here, but you can PM me if you want.

Yeah, Business C.S. can touch 3rd Party plans. they do it often, and they do it well. technically they aren't supposed to, but to them it just looks like a business account. The only thing with them doing it is if it's a different price on a consumer vs. employee plan for the feature, you'll get the consumer priced feature.

And because I'm a nice guy, the direct number is: 877-812-1223, I don't know why the other guy wouldn't post it, as it is all over the 'net if anyone bothered to look for it. :music:

I appriciate all the help here, but nobody wants to do anything at Sprint, except 1 guy and he was getting a bunch or error msgs, so he gave up and said I need to contact the employee department and they said call your REP.
