if i have $5 credit each month for vision, and i want to buy a game from the sprint site, does the price of the game automatically get taken out of my credit or do i have to do something else?

also does the $5 have to go towards a download from the official sprint site?

Your bill will show as having $5 credit if you purchase/download any vision products. And yes, the credit is only for download from the sprintpcs website.

Ringers, screensavers, games or applications will bill at the posted Sprint price, e.g. $2.99 or $5.99, etc. In your case, the exact price will be credited back up to $5.00 on the bill. So if you get a $2.99 screensaver a charge of $2.99 will show on bill and then a credit of $2.99 will be on the same bill. There are only two issues I have had. If you go back on sprintpcs.com and request to cancel of the order if you don't like the game, you lose that portion of the credit for the month. Also, I still can't figure out if we pay tax on the charged but credited amount (e.g. $2.99) or if the amount is deducted from the total before taxes are computed. Tax percentages have varied every month I've had sprint. I tried spreadsheets etc but I can't figure it out. Granted it is not material but you'd still like to know what taxes would be. It appears the tax issue applies to all wireless companies as the companies pass along surcharges as taxes which change quarterly or monthly.
