How are you guys getting NY Nights on your 5600? I've tried a dozen times and even called Customer Service and I can't get it to download. It says it's not compatible. *** do I do?

it is listed under games on spintpcs.com - or on your phone - you can goto games - get new and get it that way also

Dude, I am trying to say this in English. Maybe I am a retard and maybe I type funny, but I will try to explain this once more as clearly and as directly as I can. Ok, wish me luck.
I have found the game. I know how to find it. I can see it. I have witnessed it. I have read it. I have seen the description. I know exactly where it is. There are several ways to find it as you mentioned and I was able to follow your instructions as to where it is, I also found it way before you told me how to find it. Try to under stand this: I KNOW WHERE THE GAME IS, I HAVE SEEN IT.
Now, I do believe I've said this before but I'll take another stab at it. Again, wish me luck.
(after I find the game) I try to click on it so I can download it to my phone. I cannot download it. I cannot buy it. I cannot obtain it. My phone (Sanyo 5600) will not accept it. Sprint (my phone company) will not allow me to recieve it. I get an error message that says: "ERROR This product version is not supported on this device"
Now, lets recap what the two bold paragraphs are saying. Tell me if I am going too fast for you and I will try to use smaller wordds.

i just got my 535...and the multimedia pack. i downloaded so much stuff already. and like more than half the stuff that i downloaded didn't work. now i'm over my refund limit.

Theoretically, when you log in to your account online, it will only show you games and apps that are compatible with your phone. NY Nights being a small exception. I have emails in to Gameloft and Sprint about it. Gameloft's website says the game is compatible with the 535, so I'm thinking there is a problem with the game on Sprint's end, which doesn't come as a shock to me.
I really don't understand how you could have downloaded so many things that don't work. If that's the case, call Sprint and have them straighten it out. It's not your fault they aren't working.
What are some other games & apps you've purchased from Sprint that don't work?

that is strange. i know i have about 13 things in my content manager that DONT work - but they were all things that i purchased when i had my sanyo 8100. they are NOT compatible with the sanyo 5600. i called and emailed sprint to get them removed from my content manager several months ago but nothing has happened. they still appear.
is there a limit to how many things you can have in your content manager? unfortunately most games are NOT unlimited so im not building up my content

I don't *think* there is a limit to how much you can have in your content manager. I have so much stuff in there from previous phones; it annoys me but oh well.
As far as good games for the 535, I really like Midnight Pool, Midtown Madness 3, Q*Bert & Ms. PAC-MAN. The only one I actually purchased from Sprint was Midnight Pool but it was worth it IMO. I really, really want NY Nights though. Hope they get their sh*t together.
