Isn't dropping calls under the warranty? Well actually I think only Sprint does that because when I had a phone that kept getting dropped calls in the area (and it wasn't because of the service, definitely the phone) Sprint gave me a new one. I suggest you call again, maybe you'll get someone else because how can they expect you to keep a phone that drops call constantly?

The Warrenty isnt thru Sprint its thru Circuit City and they said that dropping calls is a service issue not a phone prob therefor not covering it! BS I know.

This should show you how worthless circuit ****tys protection plan is. $60 and they will dry hump you to sell it to you because it is how they make most of their money (they call it cheese at the store.) Best Buy is even worse. This plan dosen't cover anything that isn't already covered by the manufacturer warranty and is worthless.

Also does anyone know what happens if I dont send back the phone they are sending me a replacement for?? My insurance is almost expired and if all they do is cancel my insurance then I would keep the phone and sell it to Sprint or someone else! I just dont want to recieve a bill in the mail....

If you paid by credit card or check I wouldn't do it, you could get drafted again for the phone you didn't send back.

If you don't send the old phone back, Sprint can and most likely bill you for the new phone you get. Just send it back.

I understand that the warranty is thru CC. However,if I recall correctly, once CC stopped carrying Sprint, all their warranty claims now go thru Lockline. Lockline is in constant communication with Sprint and will report to Sprint if you do not return the damaged/malfunctioning device.

P.S. What's with the attitude?

No attitude just people keep thinking the warrenty is thru Sprint and its not. I called and specifically asked what would happen and they said they just wouldnt warrenty any more phones.
