Hello people sorry for the long story, just need some advise;

First of all I really angry at Sprint because many of their CSR are morons, but thankfully there's a group of them that always clean up the mess. When I first started with Sprint over 2 years ago they didn't activate the Vision service took me 2 months and many long hours on the phone to get a $1200 overcharge from my account. Back in January I called to get the Corporate discount, I was transfered to the Corporate service area. My plan is 2000 A/Tmin, free night and weekends, PCS to PCS and $5 for roaming, Replacement Insurance and 3 lines. My bill was over $160 a month before I took the discount. Well during that call I removed the Vision services from my wife and kid phone because they hardly used it.
In my plan the Vision Picture Pack for the main phone(mine) is free, and believe me, I use it a lot. The CSR removed the Vision from my phone(did I mention that it was free) and my kid's and left it on my wife's. I was pretty clear with the CSR and review what I wanted many times during the call. Next month I hardly used the Vision because NFL was over, went on Vacations for 2 weeks where there was no Sprint Vision and my bill was close the $150 that I pay each month, so I just went to the website and paid it.
So the following life's back to normal and wham!!! almost a $400 additional charge on my bill. This time I really had a bad time, the CSRs and Supervisors did want to help me at all, just blame me because I didn't called before and if I didn't pay the charge they told me that my phone will be deactivated. I live in Puerto Rico and the default service is with bilingual CSRs, but I'll never use a Spanish speaking CSR with Sprint again.

I explained them why do I have to pay for somebody else mistake, it make no sense to remove a service from a phone were the service is free and leave it on another for $15 a month. Called many times 4 days have passed.
Well after I tore my phone during a call :bang: thank God the CSR was not front of me(felt like Russell mate!!) in pieces I called again(English speakers) to a # that a fellow employee gave me and after 10 minutes, the Supervisor took the charges out, only left $23 older than 60 days. I wasn't rude in any call(well just one:lol: ), why do we need to reach the point of anger. I treat to cancel service, at that time I had a month left on the contract, well that's a $150 charge I was told, well I wanted the cheapest service "sorry sir I have to renew your 2 year contract" and those kind of things.
My contract ended on may 22. I want 3 new phones, but they told me that I have to spent almost $800 and wait for a rebate no way, well I can buy 3 from ebay. Well I want a different plan, ok 2 new years of contract if I change. With any other provider I can get a subsidized phone, just one year of contract, why Sprint always put the customer in check, I'm just frustrated. Why I haven't left yet? Clarity on the calls. Second they are now offering Unlimited Incoming calls for $5, so I don't need so many A/T minutes, and I can save some of my hard earned $, that's why I want a new plan, but new contract and no new phones? :irked: With Cingular, ATT&T and Verizon I can change the Plan everytime I want.

Again sorry for the long post

Did my PRL updates through email on both phones. Took 15 minutes from my initial email to when they sent me an email back saying they were ready for download.

and remember, some are even referring to their foreign language dictionary when they are talking to you, so there might be a big language problem with the people on the other side of *2.

Sprint is offering free incoming calls for $5.00?

Yes as I stated I'm in Puerto Rico, option where all Companies here(Cingular, Verizon, ATT,Movistar) have. The ran a promo on all local papers, and I called a friend to verify. At this moment I have the unl. incoming for $5, my friend told me that it is an experiment(very common practice for companies in our island). But the customers, new and existing that take the service will keep it if they decide to end it. Actually this is the main reason that I want to stay with Sprint, but I don't need so many A/T minutes. I just can't deal with the fact that I have to renew my contract just because I want a different plan and/or pay close to $800 for 3 new phones and get $75 rebate for every phone if I decide to get just the 1 year deal.

By the way can somebody give me the Retention Dept number, I just want to try to get a good deal.

Any other provider would give you a 100 dollar rebate with a 1 year, all other providers do mail in rebates for exisiting customer too. Again and as for changing the plan you must sign a new agreement, we used to be able to change plans with no agreement but after feb 12th there was a system update that does not allow a plan to be changed with no contract renewal. You cannot switch to the fair and flexible plan with a 1 year agreement, and with a 1 year agreement if you have more than one line on the account you will hae to pay 5 dollars for pcs to pcs on the primary line, and with a 1 year agreement you will have to pay 5 dollars for nights starting at 7pm
