I was thinking about having my friend set up a new account and then cancel it in 13 days.. then wait like a week and switch it to my account.. will this work so should i just pay full price?

it won't work sprint will know what your trying to do they're not stupid

Press *2 on your phone and explain to them what you would like to do they should be able to accomadate you.
