Thats the torrent for DataPilot. Much better than SnapSync and the other data connection stuff. The cable you purchased will work great.

While we are on this data transfer topic, does anyone know how to save/transfer games off of an 8200? I purchsed Rayman 3 for my phone but I don't like the game. My wife however loves it and I don't want to buy it again!!! I'd rather somehow transfer it to her 8200 and then reclaim that space on my phone for a game that I'd actually like. I'd also like to be able to save games so that if I need to delete something (in order to make room for a new game) I can always come back and bring it back over.

well if you bought the game from sprint..i know for a fact that it is stored on your my content manager..
so if you erease it you could still download it off the internet (in ur sprint online account)
if not then i hear there's this one program that handles games pictures and other multimedia..i am not totally sure but i bought snap dialer to use my old phone for internet access and it came with snap sync taht let me fix my phone book via my computer..
you could also ask for a refund for the game but i give you this heads up..you will no longer have the option of downloading it again unless they still sell it/ have it under their games list..

I wanted to find out, since i was thinking of doing the same thing, does sprint charge you extra for this, cuz i heard before it does, or is this part of your vision plan when you use your phone as a modem?
