Whenever I first got my Treo 600 phone, I could access Sprint PCS website from the following linke: http://vision.sprintpcs.com
However, it hasn't worked in months. Is there another way to access Sprint PCS (without using www.sprintpcs.com)?

Did you ever get an answer to your question?

Have you called customer care? i'm not entirely sure what the issue is, but the vision service was acting up on my phone for awhile too. i called customer care a couple times and now my vision works well now.

my vision "service" works, in that I can access the web and surf whatever sites I want. However, I cannot access the site that I once accessed in order to view things related to my sprint service (for example, to be able to view how many minutes I had used on my sprint account).
I did call customer service and they told me that URL is no longer functioning and that they do not have a "replacement" link. I didn't believe them (it's hard to trust that customer service at Sprint knows what they are talking about).
I can't imagine a company such as sprint not having a WAP address to view their website. Yahoo, Google, and MSN have one -- why not Sprint?

vision.sprintpcs.com is still good. you might also try pda.sprintpcs.com.
but you are trying to go to vision.sprintpcs.com? might try a soft reset first then a hard reset if still having problems.

Well, I'm glad that you are able to get vison.sprintpcs.com to work. It won't work on my phone (or my computer). Now, pda.sprintpcs.com does work, but it's not linked to my account (so that I can review my minutes, and stuff like that)

Ok, I understand now. when you access the web through your phone, what homepage does it go to? vision.sprintpcs.com is the default homepage i believe and it can't be a broken link because so many people use it. it doesn't seem right. I remember using the treo awhile ago and it did work but then again, isn't the treo a hand held computer. It's not really using wap addresses is it? NOTE: I'm not a tech guy. there were just like 20 views and noone attempted to help. So if i sound like an idiot, just ignore it.

you dont sound like an idiot. just need to be cleared up on a couple things. Yes the 600 is a pda, but it still uses a WAP browser. Blazer is the name of the wap browser the treos use, even the 650. its more functional and supports VPN and such that the phone wap browsers dont, but its still not a complete full html browser like internet explorer on your computer and the PPC's. Most Sprint WAP enabled phones connect to vision.sprintpcs.com and then go from there.
What is the error message you get when you try to go to vision.sprintpcs.com? There might be a hotline issue or something along that line on sprint's network side, not the phone. Otherwise it might be the browser and a hard reset might clear it up.

You See. I Almost Didn't Understand What You Just Posted. I Got The Browsing As A Pc Thing From Simple Comparison. My Brother Had The 600 And I Would Use My 4050 And Browse Certain Sites That He Couldn't Get Into And Vice Versa. Some Sites With Frames I Couldn't View And Other More Simple Wap Sites He Couldn't View.
