Ok, I'm totally confused.
What exactly do you get for the SprintTV Vision Plan?
If you get Sprint TV for free, then why would you do that when you can get the $15 plan that gives you $10 free in services that you could use toward the $9.99 SprintTV cost if you buy it on your phone? Someone tell me if my logic is wrong. What all do you get?

SprintTV does not equal mobi tv. Search around.

sprint tv is not the same as mobiTV. sprintTV is built in MM phones. do a search and you'll find out more differences between the two;)

SprintTV: for use with MM (multimedia) phones. designed by mobitv, but is still a different service.
mobitv: for use with all the rest of the phones. slower frame rate, different channels.
i think your queston is: can you use the $10 of credit that comes with the premium pack to get the sprintTV. I think the answer is no, because its designed for multimedia phones only, and there is a specific pack out there that includes everything that that phone is capable of. you can use the credit for mobitv, but not sprint tv.
p.s. read my sig and feel free to correct me.

Yes, I am aware of the difference between MobiTV and Sprint TV, and I have the 5600, therefore am capable of either.
My current plan is the $20 Ready Link with Vison plan, but I'm planning on changing the vision plan because my family really doesn't use Ready Link.
BUT, should I get the $15 premium pack adn use the $10 credit toward the cost of SprintTV when you buy on your phone,
OR
should I get the $25 Multimedia pack with (I'm guessing) includes the cost of SprintTV.
Why would I pay 25 when i can pay 15 and use my $10 credit toward Sprint TV?

i dont think you read my post. you cant use the credit for sprint tv. but you can use it for mobitv. thats why they have a seperate pack for sprint tv with the price included.

yes you can use the $10 credit to buy sprint tv. there was a thread i posted in a couple weeks ago. you can purchase sprint tv like any other game, ringer, or application by using My Content Manager.
to answer your question, the multimedia pack also includes video and picture mail, as well as sprint tv. if you just get the regular vision pack, you dont get picture or video mail.

Good point, I didn't think about the pic and video mail, now that makes sense.
Now, one last question, with the multimedia plan, it DOES include SprintTV, but it does NOT include any of the other channels listed there, like The Weather Channel, CNNtoGO, Fox Sports, and all the others that show an add'l monthly charge?

you're right about that. It includes SprintTV which has a lot of samples for some of those other channels, but not the full channels. Each extra channel has its own charge.

If you still need Picture Mail, you could switch to the Vision Picture pack, which is $15 a month, same as Premium, however, you only get $5 in download credits instead of $10 as on Premium.
