It was working fine for the past week, then this afternoon all of a sudden, people are not getting the txt messages I am sending out. My phone says that it is sending them. I tried taking out the bat for a few min, turned it back on... updated my vision profile. That didn't work. Called Cust Service... they transfered me 3 times and no one knew anything, so my phone still can not send text messages. Any ideas? It looks like they are going out, but they aren't. I am sending to my other Sprint phone and to my g/f's verizon phone. My other sprint phone (vm4500) works fine for getting and sending. Any help would be great... thanks.

The same thing happened to my 5600 two months ago. You just need to bring it to the sprint store and have a tech look at it. Mine has been working ever since
