Cool...I assume the Trio takes the regular size SD you ordered? I have the 5600 and just bought the 1GB MiniSD for $72...haven't seen the mini any cheaper than that yet...

Rebates suck! It cost more time to chase down the money than it's worth most of the time.

buy.com is pretty good with rebates 3-4 weeks max. However patience pays off in the end...

This is an older slower card. If you're gonna run applications off of it, I would get the newer Ultra or Ultra II cards.

I have this card and it runs apps, movies and games just fine. No problem with it being "slow".

It seems to me that the transfer rate is a lot faster on the ultra cards but once the apps are installed and running they're about the same.

I find this to be true also, where they really shine is in the pc card reader when downloading those 250meg movies and transferring massive mp3s files.
is it worth the extra 20 seconds? that would have to be the decision.
