In the last 4 days I've been hotlined 3 times due to mysterious insane vision charges. I have vision packages on both of my lines and have never used either phone as a modem. Sprint has admitted the error is on their end and has supplied me with quite a few credits for my trouble but the problem is still happening and they seem unable to solve it. I was curious if anyone else had encountered this and what the solution was. As I said, Sprint has been quite good about this (other than their inability to fix it) but the 12AM text messages and service interuptions are becoming quite a nuisance.
