What exactly is the size limit for Focus?

right now we have it limited to 5 meg. but we are about to roll out a new focus tool... bigger and better :)

we expect to support up to 20 meg on that one.

I know this thread has been left alone for a month now, but I wanted to post this question instead of starting another post about the same thing. If it's true that the size limitation is 5MB why is that I can't send a file that's just barely over 500KB? Focus always says the file is too large.

well, it's another month, and no replies yet. I just tried uploading a 359kb file and it says it's too large. I give up.. *sigh*

would somebody please answer this? Somebody from SprintUsers who knows what the limit is? I'm still blocked by a 359kb ma4 file, so... any answer would be appreciated. Thanks

damn... guess nobody knows. Not even the moderators of the forum, thought for sure they'd answer... I guess I'll try getting my 359kb picture down to around 10k and see if it'll send. :-\

I have the same problem with both focus and rumkin. I cant seem to do anything over 125kb. That sucks!

um, i've uploaded stuff around 470kb before on the focus tool. so iono... but i did try to upload a .png file around 3000kb lol. all i get is unknown error. any ideas how to upload .png files?
