As some of you may know, my 7300 is on its last leg.
I was about to call lockline, but then I came across a Samsung A-740 for $80. I need to know a few things before I purchase it however, maybe you canhelp me out.
1.How is the reception compared to the 7300 (I mean real-life reception, NOT
how many bars are displayed)

2.How does the built-in AOL instant messenger work? Does it cost anything?

3.Anything I'd be losing from the 7300 (besides RL)?

I think that the AIM is considered text messaging. You would also be losing speaker phone and the displays are not as crisp as they are on the 7300... The A740's call quality is good but its no 7300... I would stick with what you've got.

My Girlfriend Has The 740. I Use It From Time To Time And It Works Pretty Well. I Say Go For It . . Or Save A Lil More Loot And Get Something Better
