Has anybody heard anything of any company coming with a PDA Phone that has WIFI capabilities. I just saw that T-Mobile has two and I just want to have something that is capable of getting on my school's wireless network without carrying around a PDA and a phone. or are there ways of buying a wifi card or something and pluggin it in to one of the Treo's?

I have an Socket SDIO WiFi card that I use with my PPC6600, but I don't know anything about the Treo's. - sheureka

Yes, you can buy a SD Wifi card for your Treo. Their about 120.00, so far the Treo 700 doesn't have any runors of Wifi.

The SD WiFi Card just had a price drop to 79.99... I don't know how it affects battery life though...

I believe the price of the PalmOne Wi-Fi card is now $79. It uses the battery life of the phone so it does in fact use up some of the battery life. Not something you would want to keep on when not using it. I have yet to use it, but I am purchasing one used for $50. I know there is a T5 Hack for the Treo 650 for the Wi-Fi card.
