My group has been tasked with doing a cellular site survey of a local building. We aret o walk around getting signal levels etc. My boss claims that most phones are built with diagnostic modes that will display an RSSI in dB rather than just bars. And the phone will also tell you the cell tower info. He seemed to have found this for Motorola phones. I have a Sanyo 5300 that I'd like to use for the survey. Does anyone know the code to put it in diagnostic mode, or even if it has such a mode?

Thanks,
Brian

Try ##33284.... Hope that helps. ##DEBUG works for most phones...
