Sprint SCP-5500 (Lockline)

I had read other threads before posting this topic again. Its been 3 mths since someone post a simliar thread like mine. So thats why I want to ask the question again, just in case if anything has change? :deal:

Are these phones no longer in the sprint market? Has anyone recently call lockline and request an upgrade for a defective SCP-5500 to a better phone or did lockline gave back the same refurbished model phone. :headbang2

I ask because this is a garbage phone and I feel like Sprint jerks people with these nice phones with cool features. I wanted to call lockline and get an upgrade on my phone or downgrade. Anything but this phone....through lockline :headbang2

Please reply if you recent upgrade the SCP-5500 through LockLine.. :haha: ... or any other suggestions without a smart remarks

If you have the insurance, just call lockline, they will tell you what they have for replacements.

Not always. They didn't know what they had to replace a 8912 with. They attempted to send me a Samsung. The problem with it was that it had no speaker phone. LL then had to figure out what to replace it with and the general feeling was a 8300.
