To all of you PhotoShop experts out there: is this picture genuine or is it a fake. I can't tell much about it, but I stumbled on it while browsing the web.

I think I heard someone mention that being a fake. Not sure how credible they may have been though...

Interesting though... someone, somewhere, thinks that the PS3 will be using the new UMD format. I wonder if this means a certain level of compatibility between PSP and PS3?????

It could mean that you can play PSP games on the PS3, then..........kinda like Game Boy on the SNES, and GBA on the Game Cube (right?).


(P.S. Wee, I've played 9 PSP games so far)

I had plenty of time to play the PSP this past Sunday night........the power was out for 6 hours! :lol:

Nahh........just for a portion of the time; since it was dark and the screen was bright, I didn't want to play for too long ('cuz of eyes). Ended up just going somewhere that had power; the power at my house came back at Midnight or so.

Yeah, that would have been a really lame and misguided attempt at showing the PS3... First off, any picture of it for internal use would have WAY more technical info not just things like "CELL Processor" and "Blu-Ray disc". any release of it for external use would have been widely trumpeted.

It would probably be quite easy to implement UMD on the PS3, and would in fact be very wise of them to do. The only reason I can think of the UMD not being supported by the PS3 is through some major hardware issues, in which case this thing will be recalled so fast it'll look like the Phantom.

The new PS3 has got me really excited. It will use Blu-ray DVD and not UMD.

It's funny that the photoshopped pic on the 1st post has a little picture of my phone on there (the V800) so I gues my phone should be compatible with PS3 :p
