Can i replace my phone with lockline and still have my rebate or do i lose my rebate if i cualify?

you will loose your rebate in most cases. Rebates are based off your esn
you have to have the same phone for 18 months sucks I know

whoa, can anyone confirm or deny this? i was going to take my phone into sprint tomorrow, err today per lockline's instructions to get it replaced; however, my rebate becomes available in june.... anyone know for sure how sprint handles the rebate policy? i haven't lost the phone it just has a charging problem. thanks

CS just told me that I am entitled to the rebate despite having the phone replaced by Lockline. They told me to send the rebate form in and it would be all set.
I have had a similar situation in the past and rebate denied the rebate, but when I called CS, they took care of it promptly.

I am guessing this same situation will happen again this time.

I will find out in 4 - 16 weeks...

You can find out by calling the rebate contact number in the other thread.

You can also check online as well as send a form (email). SPCS is pretty quick to confirm a disqualification. if this happens you can call and reference your previous correspondence.

Hopfully your account has notes to this effect you have the "login" of the rep who was kind enough to tell you to send away your rebate form.

I do agree that CS can get a rebate reapproved when in fact it showed as not being approved for various reasons.

It should not reset your rebate. IF it does, you need to call in and have them notate the account that the phone was replaced through lock/line. Insurance and warranty swaps do not reset your rebate.
