Does anyone know if I am able to transfer video clips not originated from the phone, onto my phone from my PC via the miniSD card? If so, what format does it have to be in?

Example:
I have an episode of the Dave Chapelle show on my computer in Windows Meida format. Is there a way to transfer it so I can watch it on my phone vis the miniSD card, or USB cable?
