Is there a way i can transfer qcp files to my phone through a data cable? There are ways using the internet, however my internet is disabled.

From the Bitpim website-

"Only PNG and MIDI files may be sent to the phones. QCP and other format ringers can not be transferred to the phone. This is a limitation of the phone"
