My phone was replaced from a 5400 to the 7300 about a month ago. The phone was acting up since December, it was replaced in April, and took 5 trips to the store, an emergency, having them 'fix' the phone and it still be acting up b/4 I even left the store, and finally was given a replacement which was even MORE deffective.

After getting the new phone I got lock/line. Now, I will NEVER be caught in a sprint store!

So, is the 7300 still a replacement for the 5400? I wouldnt mind that phone... I thought the next phone in line would be the 2300?

5400 has color external lcd, so I think they're trying to stick with that. Hope lockline works out for you though--they don't have a reputation of always being easy to work with either, AND you can only make 2 claims a year, then they cancel you.
