Heres my story....
I recently called lockline to get my 7400 replacement and i open the ups box and find a 5500. i called lockline to complain so they said theyll send me a 7400, that it was their mistake. they told me to send my old 7400 in the envelope to provide.
they never told me to send the 5500 back?
can i keep it?

no sent the replacement back...if you dont you will be billed for the phone..when you get the new phone send the old one back
