How far do the Mavericks go in the playoffs?

Really? What do you think makes this year different from any of the past few years that they've had a damn good team but just couldn't deliver in the playoffs time and time again? As for making the finals, I think they have as good a chance as they've had the past 3-4 years.

Just looked at the brackets... against Houston, they have a sporting chance in the first round. They're likely gonna face the Suns if they do make it to the second round, and I'm gonna bet that's where the road ends.

A lot of people would agree with you, but I think due to their new toughness, improved defense (with Avery at the helm - only allowing 92 points a game), and their excellent ability to win on the road this year, I see them being able to take out the Suns in round 2...:)

The Suns lost 19 games all year there is now way the cavs get past them in a series. It will come down to Suns and Miami.

I would imagine baseball is longer, since last time I was actually interested in baseball there were 162 games (I think) in a regular season per team. Even if it's not longer than basketball, it sure as hell seems like it goes on forever.

I guess I was wrong about winning big but how about my Ohio State boy Jim Jackson. :clap: It's good to see him finally have a great game. Stodamire is a beast. I like the Cavs but out of the teams in the playoffs I would like to see either the heat or the suns win the championship.
