FS: Refurb 5500/Blue

OK..I have a refurb 5500 in blue. It was given to my wife as a replacement for her silver one, and I bought her a 7400 soon after.

Wierd thing...the ##RTN showed REFURB - YES, LIFE TIME - 0, LIFE DATA - 0.

It's in fine shape, other than it does have one of the badly painted SPCS batteries.

So I don't know the story behind it, but besides the battery, it looks and works like new.

I don't know what it's worth, but per the forum rules, I will start with 100.00 shipped, and we can work from there.

All is certaintly not well. No reply to pm's or emails at 2 different addresses. I didn't see this one coming. I'll see what (if anything) paypal can do for me.

If the phone is no longer available could you kindly refund the money through paypal? I will have no hard feelings and no questions will be asked. That money with no phone in return will be a tough pill for me to swallow.

Progress was made today. With the help of another user, I was able to get some leads that led me to his pcs number. I left a voice mail there. He sent me a sms message apologizing that it took so long but assured me the phone was going to ship.

I am going to try and remain optimistic about this transaction. I will keep you posted. Thanks to all the users that helped (you know who you are.) I wanted to keep your names out of the public forum but pm's have been sent your way as well. Hopefully I'll have my phone by the end of next week.

OK....to clear things up....and this may sound like a bunch of lip service...but here goes.

I have an old email address attached to paypal...so I had no idea that I had been paid. A tracking number will be posted first thing on Monday HERE ON THE FORUM. My most sincere apologies to anyone on this board who I made doubt me or who I may have offended.

I would NEVER rip anyone off...especially on this board. You have all helped me through a lot of crap with Sprint, as well as just been kind of a fun family to be a part of. Again, my most sincere of apologies for what happened here. I hope and trust that everyone here can look at it as a misunderstanding.
