Has anyone tried this application? It streams TV, Video, Photos, Music, through your PC as kind of a VPN. I've just started trying it with my MCE notebook (will work with XP & a TV tuner). Similar to BeyondTV only very different (lol).

I'd be interested in how you all like it and if anyone's has any security concerns about it.

I don't know about a TV card, but you would need a TV Tuner on your connected computer in which to stream from.

Okay, Whats the URL?

How do you check to see if you can play TV on your computer.

My computer actually has a S-Video port and a place for me to put the 3 Audio/Video lines in as well, but I don't know how to work it!

You can certainly read more about it here: www.orb.com

However, I'm interested in finding out if others have used it and an what their experiences have been.

I haven't streamed television on mine (PPC6600), but I've been able to stream lots of mp3s as well as mpegs. Works pretty well, although it's a little choppy from time to time. Somewhat dependent on network traffic.

Is there a way to tweak (RWIN)the 6600 it's not so choppy? My last speed test was about 80-100 kbits/sec which is pretty lame. Is there a way to change video settings to make the stream quality better?
