I don't mind if it shows wear, has scuffs or scratches. It really just needs to work. I'm thinking about this as either a second phone for someone or a backup phone for myself. My preference is for the RL2000.
I'll need the charger for the RL2000. Phones that use the SCI charging port (that's the small, round, barrel connector) don't really have to include the charger. Batteries must be included, and the ESN must be activatable.
