Lockline just sent me a 5600 to replace my a680!!! Is this normal?

LOL I dont even know what to think - my bf broke his a680 and I called lockline to get another, they said "ok a recond a680 will be sent" and I just got a 5600 now! I know its a great upgrade - but isnt that TOO much ofa jump up? YAY lockline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its so weird - they confirmed the 680 on the phone, and the sheet says "RECONDITIONED 5600" and its not ! How much are these again?

our 680s have been breaking for a year - we are both on our 4th / 5th ones. His was messing up and he threw it at the desk - the screen broke. Thats when I called lockline - and poof... 5600 :)

Mine is business (about 4 yrs ago all of a sudden I get "Business gold" - and I Was unemployed at the time LOLOL! Who knows!) I've been w/ them forever, but I dont think Lockline knows anything about that do they?

Maybe it was a mistake...or they couldnt find a reconditioned one? Anyway - neither of us are keeping it , I just got the a740 from broose and LOVE it - I need a teeny phone. And he could use the extra cash for the dentist lol.......

the 680s broke every 2 months...i wanted a change but didnt want a bigger phone...the colors etc are a lot better on the 740. i love the shape, and nothing else was this small :) so far im happy!!

No, I saw it in the Sprint Store. Based the rf performance off it it, which was ever so slightly better than my A680. Didn't put my A680's external display up to it and all the other phones are anchored. It looked pretty big at the store nonetheless..

btw, sound quality was amazing for a Sanyo. I thought I was on my A620 again ;)

LOL its been threw about 3 times out of frustration. Nothing broke not even a scratch. It did get badly scratched from getting dropped on the concrete. Its time for an upgrade.
