Ok i have 2 questions.
1.Can you only return your phone twice?
2.Does a "technician" have to check the phone before you return it?
(Both are in the 14 day return)

Well i bought the 6225 about 2 month ago and i reutrned it and switched it for a 7400 and i returned that for an 325.(they never checked any of the phones except turn it on)

1. Yes, especially if you purchased from a retailer like Radio Shack, Best Buy, etc.
2. Maybe in a Sprint Store but within 14 days, generally NO!!!!!!
Radio Shack has a 30 day return/exchange policy & so does Best Buy. You can return/exchange as many times as you like as long as you are within 30 days. How do I know? I did it..........................no problemo.

It all actually depends on where you are and how lenient the employees you're dealing with. The Sprint store I go to wouldn't let me exchange a phone more than once, said once you exchange the phone, that 2nd phone becomes your phone. My RadioShack let me do like 3 exchanges, but when trying to do a fourth the manager said I wasn't even supposed to exchange the last two times but he was just being lenient.

I went to a Sprint store
They said i could only return it twice and they told me to come back the next day because a "technician" had to see it and it was the same guy that told me to come back the next day and he checked it.
